Bainbridge/Bremerton

Two communities, each just ferry ride away from downtown—but they each feel like a whole other world.

A large outdoor sculpture of a whimsical troll made from wooden planks sits cross-legged in a forest clearing near Bainbridge Island, surrounded by green trees and grass. The troll has curly hair and a gentle, friendly expression. Pia the Peacemaker, by Thomas Dambo, located on Bainbridge in Sakai Park
